Engage in various direct sales activities for WPS' individual products through direct response sales, including soliciting orders, setting appointments for sales presentations, and enrolling new customers. Support Individual Sales' retention efforts by maintaining a high level of quality activity through direct contact with all assigned customers.
Associate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience.
Two years of insurance sales or comparable experience.
Valid Wisconsin Insurance License preferred.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive (AE) to focus on the small business unit at our Waukesha Office. As an AE, you will be responsible for new business growth, planned services, account retention and customer service, including but not limited to prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new small group accounts. As a leader of the sales efforts you will also consult with clients on their overall insurance programs, maintain good carrier relationships and cross-sell agency services.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 4 years of employee benefits agency/carrier experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience, preferably in sales. Other qualifications include strong written & verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & to work with multiple competing priorities. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with a drive to succeed and have the ability to network and build relationships. Previous sales experience working with small group plans and WI Insurance licenses preferred.

As an Individual Health (IH) Account Executive you will be responsible for managing M3’s Individual Health accounts. This position is responsible for new business growth, planned services, account retention and customer service, including but not limited to, prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new accounts and counseling and marketing to existing clients. This role will also meet service and sales standards within set timelines and with superior quality to manage client files, and work with Commercial Account Executives, Account Managers (AM) and administrative staff to accomplish this.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years insurance agency/company experience or an associate’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience, strong written & verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & to work with multiple competing priorities. Previous sales experience working with individual health products and WI Insurance licenses preferred.
